     Kurtis is a licensed professional engineer. His experience includes engineering oversight, design review, drawing approval, structural evaluation and analysis of the building envelope, existing buildings, parking structures and plazas.  He is proficient in the design of various repair options, estimating repair costs, preparation of report/construction documents, and construction administration.

     Kurtis has worked on projects of various magnitude which gives him the ability to phase projects efficiently and within his client's budgets. In addition, he has worked as a contractor which affords him the experience and ability to properly budget, phase, schedule and design building envelope projects.  Kurtis is proficient in the design of various wall systems including brick masonry, stone, terra cotta, granite, curtain walls, metal panels, storefronts, window and door replacement, as well as all construction types of parking structures, plazas, and asphalt parking lots.

      Greg is a Registered Roof Consultant, certified through RCI, Inc. RCI is an international association of professional consultants, architects, and engineers specializing in the specification and design of roofing, waterproofing and exterior wall systems.  The registration of Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) distinguishes professionals through proven standards of education, experience and ethics.

      Greg Taylor’s experience encompasses over 35 years of knowledge in the roofing and waterproofing industry. Greg has evaluated, designed, and managed all types of roofing and waterproofing systems, and has extensive experience with low slope; built-up asphalt and coal tar systems, single ply membrane systems, flat seam copper systems, modified bitumen roof systems, polyurethane foam roof systems, steep slope; slate, tile, standing seam metal systems, and asphalt shingles, as well as various architectural sheet metal flashing systems. Greg also has comprehensive knowledge of various waterproofing systems such as bentonite products, hot fluid applied rubberized asphalt products, self-adhering products, liquid applied products, and adhered single ply products.
